深圳市2010年食品中副溶血弧菌检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解深圳地区2010年食品中副溶血弧菌血清型及在食品中的分布状况、生物学特征。方法对食品中检出的159株副溶血弧菌进行血清学分型,并对14株O4群副溶血弧菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型和毒力基因TLH、TDH、TRH检测。结果 159株副溶血弧菌共分46个血清型,血清型以O2:K28最多,占6.67%,14株O4群副溶血弧菌分子分型相似性均在80%以下,菌株谱型差异较大。其毒力基因TLH+、TDH-、TRH-。结论食品中分离出的副溶血弧菌菌型非常分散,食品之间存在严重交叉污染,应加强食品卫生监督及流通环节的规范化管理。 Objective To study the serotype,distribution and molecular characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food in Shenzhen city in 2010 and provide evidence for the prevention and control of diarrheal diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods 159 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated from food were sero-typed,and 14 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains classified in group O4 were analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE),and all of three virulence genes(TLH,TDH and TRH)were detected by real-time PCR.Results 159 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains belonged to 46 serotypes,in which O2:K28 accounted for 6.67% being the predonimating seroypes.The similarity of 14 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains(O4)was less than 80% and with significant difference in strain maps.And the virulence genes were TLH+,TDH-,TRH-.Conclusion The patterns of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food are scattered,and food has serious cross-contamination.Food supervision should be strengthened to guarantee the food safety.
