上海浦东新区流动人群结核病知识认知与影响因素调查

Survey of tuberculosis knowledge and influencing factors in floating population of Pudongxin District,Shanghai

目的了解有子女流动人口结核病健康知识认知水平,分析影响因素。方法整群抽取浦东新区713名民办小学学生家长为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷611份,调查对象结核病知识综合得分不高,合格率为19.8%。相关影响因素作为自变量进行Logistic回归分析,性别、文化程度、了解肺结核知识意愿及职业结核病知识综合得分差异显著(χ2=4.535,P<0.05;χ2=5.571,P<0.05;χ2=82.52,P<0.001;χ2=13.954,P<0.001)。结论民办小学学生家长结核病健康知识知晓偏低,应根据该人群特征制定和开展相应的健康教育模式。

Objecctive To understand the knowledge level of floating population in Pudongxin District of Shanghai towards tuberculosis control and the influencing factors.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 713 heads of households of civilian run primary schools for questionaire survey.Results Six hundred and eleven copies of valid questionnaire were collected.The qualification rate of tuberculosis knowledge in the respondents was low（19.8%）.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors associated with tuberculosis knowledge level were Gender and educational backgroud,Significant differences between scores of willingness to learn tuberculosis knowledge and occupational tuberulosis knowledge were observed（χ2=4.535,P0.05;χ2=5.571,P0.05;χ2=82.52,P0.001;χ2=13.954,P 0.001）.Conclusion The knowledge level towards prevention and control of tuberculosis in the heads of households of floating population is low and health education model for tubercullosis prevention and control among floating populaltion be prepared and carried out.
