摘要
水通道蛋白1(AQP1)是一组参与跨膜转运水的膜通道蛋白家族,在心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心肌缺血后水肿和微血管通透性改变方面具有重要作用。所以借助各种手段干预AQP1表达,有望从分子水平治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心肌水肿和改善微血管通透性,为临床治疗心肌缺血提供新的方向。
Aquaporin 1(aquaporins,AQP1) is a water-specific membrane transport proteins.AQP1 plays an important part in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,myocardial edema and angiogenesis.Therefore,AQP1 expression were intervened through a variety of means,especially silencing AQP1 by interfering RNA,which is expected to cure myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,myocardial edema and improve microvascular permeability from the molecular level as important clinical significance.
