Clinical Application of New Cesarean Delivery in 170 Cases

目的 :探讨新式剖宫产术的临床价值。方法 :对352例有剖宫产指征的孕妇进行两种术式(新术式组170例、子宫下段剖宫组182例)对比 ,分别观察手术时间、出血量及并发症等情况 ,并进行统计处理。结果 :两组在上述几项观察指标方面差异显著(P<0 01)。结论

Objective: To study the clinical value of new cesarean delivery. Methods: 352 pregnant women with cesarean delivery indications were divided into the test group and the control group. 170 cases in the test group were administered the new cesarean delivery and 182 cases in the control group were given Cherney transverse incision carvical cesarean section. The operation time, the bleeding amount and the complications after the operation in two groups were finally compared each other. Result: All the observed issues in the test group are significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The new cesarean delivery has a wide foreground in the clinical applications.
