摘要
以钛白粉的副产物硫酸亚铁为原料,通过氯酸钾氧化、水解、聚合制得聚合硫酸铁(PFS),然后加入助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)制得改性聚合硫酸铁PFAM。相同条件下,用PFS、PAM、PAC、PFAM分别处理制衣厂水洗废水水样,PFAM色度去除率为92.44%,COD去除率为74.55%。PFAM絮凝效果优于PFS、PAM和PAC。
Applied ferrous sulfate by-product of titanium dioxide as raw material,by oxidized,hydrolyzed,polymerized of KClO3,the product PFS was prepared,and it was used to prepared PFAM with PAM.Under the same conditions,PFS,PAM,PAC,PFAM was used to treatment of the washing wastewater of ready-made clothes respectively,and the color removal rate could reach 92.44%,the COD removal rate was 74.55%.As to this,the PFAM had a good purifying effect.
