摘要
甲醇是一种被广泛运用的工业有机原料,在低碳经济盛行的今天又被用作清洁代用燃料。但是目前工业领域合成甲醇的工艺中单纯采用Cu基的CuO、Al2O3、ZnO、MnO催化剂组合转换率低、能耗比较高,且用于余气分离、循环的工艺复杂。因此,寻找能够促进含Cu基催化剂转化率增加同时又能确实提高甲醇产出率的方法,成为广大研究工作者的目标。本文研究近些年来的科研成果,对几种改进Cu基催化剂的方式分别进行阐述。
Methanol was a widely used industrial organic material.In the synthsis process of methanol,the combination conversion of the Cu-base catalyst,such as CuO,Al2O3,ZnO,MnO,was low,the energy consumption was high,and the separation and cycle process was complex.To improve the percent conversion of Cu-base catalyst and the yield of methanol,was the target of researchers.The research results in recent years were summarized and some improvement methods of Cu-base catalyst were reviewed.
