摘要
在介绍湖南电网基本情况的基础上，重点分析了湖南电网的电能质量和主要的影响因素，并提出了相应的改善措施。
Based on the basic situation and practical operation of Hunan Power Grid, this paper emphatically analyzes the electricity quality of Hunan Power Grid and the main factors which effect the electricity quality, and the relevant countermeasures for improving electricity quality are put forward.
