放射外科与立体定向放射治疗脑血管畸形的现状与进展 被引量：5

摘要 治疗脑动静脉畸形(Cerebral arteriovenous malfornlation,cAVM)主要方法有显微手术治疗、血管内栓塞治疗和立体定向放射外科(Stereotactic radiosurgery,SRS)治疗,SRS治疗因其疗效确切、创伤小、并发症率低等优点发展至今成为一种重要治疗方案,本文通过复习国内外文献从治疗方法、适应征、治疗计划的优化、疗效、并发症等几个方面介绍SRS治疗的现状与进展。
