摘要
以 1420Al-Li合金, LY12爆炸层合板和 LF21热轧层合板为研究对象,考察了不同结合强度界面对 L-T取向疲劳裂纹扩展的影响.结果表明,随界面结合强度的减弱分层越来越剧烈,其止裂韧化效果越来越明显三种实验层合板材的疲劳裂纹扩展都出现了止裂现象,但其机制有所不同,Al-Li合金的止裂主要来自闭合机制,爆炸层合板和热轧层合板的止裂主要来自分层机制.
Three kinds of laminated materials 1420Al-Li alloy, hot rolled LF21 laminate and explosive bonded LY12 laminate were applied to investigate the effect of interface bonding strength on L-T orientation fatigue crack propagation. The results show that, with decreasing interface bonding strength, the delamination is more serious and the toughening resulted from crack growth arrested becomes more obvious. However the mechanisms of crack propagation arresting to the three kinds of laminates are different, i.e. the crack closure toughening for the Al-Li alloy, the delamination toughening for the explosive bonded and hot-rolled laminates, respectively.
