Fe-Ni-Mo-(Si)-B非晶的晶化及纳米晶合金磁性的研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF Fe-Ni-Mo-(Si)-B AMORPHOUS ALLOYS AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF NANOCRYSTALLINE ALLOYS

摘要 对Fe40Ni38MO4B18, Fe38Ni35MO4Si5B18和 Fe39Ni36MO2Si5B18(均为原子分数,%)三种非晶合金在 400-520℃等温退火1h后的晶化行为进行了研究,并研究了 Fe40Ni38MO4B18合金的磁性.结果表明: Fe4ONi38MO4B18;合金经430-450℃温度退火后,在非晶基体上析出了 fcc γ-(Fe,Ni)固溶体,平均晶粒尺寸D接近 10nm,具有很好的软磁性能;当退火温度Ta 470℃时,除析出(Fe,Ni)固溶体外又析出了Fe3 B,Fe23B6和Mi2B化合物,磁性显著下降.Fe38 Ni35 MO4Si5B18和Fe39Ni36MO2Si5B18两种非晶合金退火后,析出相由-(Fe, Crystallization behaviors of Fe40Ni38Mo4B18, Fe38Ni35Mo4Si5B18 and Fe39Ni36Mo2Si5B18(atomic fraction, %) amorphous alloys, as well as magnetic properties of the Fe40Ni38Mo4B18, alloy annealed in the temperature range from 400℃ to 520℃ for 1 h have been investigated. The results show that for the samples of Fe40Ni38Mo4B18 annealed in the temperature range of 430-450℃, a single fee phase with composition near Ni3Fe and grain size of about 10 um precipitates in the amorphous matrix, and exhibits good soft magnetic properties, and when annealed at Ta>470℃, the magnetic properties drop rapidly, which is mainly due to the formations of Fe-B and Ni-B compounds. For the samples of Fe38Ni35Mo4Si5B18 and Fe39Ni36Mo2Si5B18, fcc phace and Fe-B compounds precipitate almost simultaneously in amorphous matrix by annealing treatment.
