摘要
根据300MN水压机生产超高壳体铝合金模锻件的需要 ,设计了一套高强度多层预应力组合凹模 ,在内套与中套结合处设计了独特的滑槽式脱模机构 ,经模拟实验 。
A set of high-strength, multi-layer and pre-stress combined matrixes was designed according to the requirement of manufacturing the aluminium-alloy forging parts of extra-tall shells. A unique sliding-chute-typed demoulding system was designed at the connection part of the inner chase and the middle chase. Both the matrix strength and the demoulding of the forging parts could meet the application requirement in the mock experiments.
