摘要
介绍了减速顶滑动油缸热挤压工艺及模具 ,分析了原工艺存在的问题 ,提出了采用热挤压工艺 ,反挤压与径向挤压复合 ,可同时挤出带盲孔的缸体和带法兰的缸顶 ,既省工时又节约材料 。
An introduction was made on the hot-extrusion technology of the sliding oil cylinder of the speed-reducing device and on the die. The existing problems of the original process were analyzed, and the adoption of hot-extrusion technology was put forward. By combining backward extrusion and radial extrusion, the cylinder body with blind holes and the cylinder top end with flange could be extruded simultaneously. It saves both time and material, thus increases economic benefits.
