摘要
根据合同,上海振华重工为青岛董家口码头设计制造了2台适合目前最大船型——40万t级散货船作业的3500t/h桥式抓斗卸船机。简要介绍了ZPMC桥式抓斗卸船机。着重介绍了该卸船机的设计方案和主要机构。其卸船能力、抓斗起重量、前伸距都居目前世界机械差动桥式抓斗卸船机领先地位,为卸船机大型趋势化的设计提供了参考。
According to the contract, ZPMC has manufactured 2 sets of 3 500 t/h bridge grab unloader which are suitabable with operation of the largest ship type---400 000 bulk ship at present for the Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port District. This paper introduces the bridge grab unloader manufactured by ZPMC. Emphatically it introduces the desige plan and main structures of this unloader. At present, the unload capacity, the grab＇s lift weight, grab stretch distance are in the leading status for machinery differential bridge grab unloader in the world, which offers a reference for the design of the larger and larger ship.
