摘要
面对当前社会中对先进典型的质疑及先进典型作用弱化的现象,迫切需要探寻增强先进典型作用的新途径;通过制定与时俱进的先进典型的选拔标准,促进先进典型的生成培育;不断强化和创新宣传的方式和内容,扩大先进典型的辐射传播;营造良好的环境、建立保障机制,加强先进典型的影响效力,形成"三位一体"的先进典型作用模式,从而最大程度的增强先进典型的作用。
Facing to the query to advanced models in our society,and the phenomenon of the weakening of the effect of advanced models,it is urgent to find new ways to enhance the effect of models.By means of developing new selection criteria,strengthening and promoting the training of advanced models,creating a good environment,establishing security mechanisms,enhancing the influence of models,and then it can form a ＂trinity＂ pattern of advanced models＇ effect.As a result,the greatest effect of those models may be strengthened.
