摘要
本文对矿产资源资产价值的构成、资源价值评估中有关参数的确定方法及劣等资源条件的确定等问题进行了探讨，提出了矿产资源资产价值一般应由投入在资源中的勘探费和资源自身价值构成，评估资源价值时应采用根据资源条件确定的收益和费用指标。
This paper deals with compositions of mineral property value, method of acquiring evaluation parameters, and determination of inferior resources condition. It is presented that value of mineral resources property is composed of exploring expense and mineral resources self value, and the income and cost index used in evaluating mineral resources value must be determined according to mineral resources conditions.
