摘要
研究了微波场中硫酸浸溶黄铜矿的动力学,结果表明微波加热提高了铜浸溶速率和浸出率。其浸出率和浸溶速率受氧化剂MnO2的含量和黄铜矿粉末的粒度影响,并可分别用数学式和来表达,a是与MnO2的含量有关的参数,MnO2的含量越高,a越小,浸出率和浸出速率越大;b是与黄铜矿的粉末粒度有关的参数,粉末粒度越细,b越小,同样,浸出率和浸出速率也就越大。
The kinetics of sulfuric acid leaching chalcopyrite in the microwave field was studied. The results indicated that micromwave heating could increase leaching rate and leaching efficiency. The kinetic equation was given by calculation.
