摘要
通过模拟浸泡实验和电化学测试技术研究锌铝合金镀层和热镀锌层在人造海水中的耐蚀性,同时采用XPS和AES技术研究锌铝合金镀层在人造海水中形成的钝化膜。结果表明:锌铝合金镀层具有更佳的耐海水腐蚀性能,其在人造海水中形成的钝化膜,主要成分是ZnO,外层含有氢氧化物和少量吸附的硫酸盐及氯化物,钝化膜中无Al元素存在。
The anticorrosive ability of zinc-aluminum alloy coating was studied with immersion and electrochemical corrosion tests in artificial seawater in comparison with that of galvanized coating. Then the passive film formed on the surface of zinc-aluminum alloy coating was investigated by means of AES and XPS. The results indicate that corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum alloy coating is better than that of galvanized coating, and that the passive film forms on the surface of it in artificial seawater, outmost layer of which contains hydroxide and a small amount of sulphate and chloride absorbed. The passive film mainly consists of ZnO and no Al element.
