摘要 试验了用石墨颗粒对大断面球铁原铁液进行前期处理,研究了其对模拟大断面球墨铸铁试块石墨形态的影响。结果表明,上述前期处理可显著增加石墨球数,减小石墨球径。此外,还初步分析了此种前期处理的作用机理。 Graphite particle pretreatment processes of heavy-section ductile cast iron were tested. The influences of the processes on graphite morphology in simulative heavy-section ductile iron sample were studied.The results showed that the graphite particle pretreatment could increase the number of graphite spheres and reduce their diameter remarkably. In addition, the mechanisms of pretreament were preliminarily analyzed.
