摘要
研制了适合于各种成分和金相组织的曲轴正火工艺计算机专家系统。本专家系统可以根据曲轴的实际化学成分和金相组织及正火技术要求，迅速提供可靠的工艺参数，并具有解答和处理正火生产中可能出现的各种工艺、质量问题的功能。
A computer expert system which can be used to determine the normalization process of crankshafts with various chemical compositions and microstructures was developed. According to the actual chemical compositions, microstructure and normalization specification of crankshaft the expert system can quickly provide reliable process parameters. lt hny also the function to solve the various process and quality problems which may be met in the normalization production.
