摘要
对 HCM- 型超精密车床的防振措施进行了综合论述 ,尤其对空气弹簧隔振系统和空气静压轴承主轴进行了较详细的理论分析 ,并且通过实验验证 ,HCM- 型超精密车床的振动极小。
s:In this paper, the anti vibration measures to HCM Ⅰ ultra precision lathe are synthetically discussed, especially air spring vibration isolating system and aerostatic bearing spindle are theoretically analyzed in detail. From experiments, it is verified that the vibration of the lathe is extremely low.
