酸性球团矿烧结机焙烧新工艺 被引量:3

摘要 高品位铁精矿配加膨润土造球,以固体煤粉为燃料,成功地实现了烧结机焙烧酸性球团矿。取得了如下主要技术经济指标:烧结机利用系数1.67t/(m 2·h),成品率76.78% ,ISO 转鼓强度70.37% ,固体燃耗57.47kg/t,球团矿铁品位62.38% ,FeO11.93% ,还原性指数RI55.38% ,低温还原粉化指数RDI+ 3.1578.16% ,还原膨胀率10.08% 。矿相分析表明:所制备的酸性球团矿主要靠Fe3O4 和Fe2O3 固相扩散固结,该球团矿是一种优质的人造酸性富矿。 Acid pellets have been made successfully in pot by balling the high grade iron ore concentrate with addition of bentonite and using coal breeze as fuel for roasting.The technological and econom ical results were achived as follows:yield of sinter pot 1. 67t/( m 2 ·h) ,finished pellet percentage 76.78%,ISO tumbler index 70.37%, solid fuel consumption 57.47kg/t,product pellet grade 62.38% iron and 11. 93% FeO,reduction index(RI) 55.38%,RDI +3.15 78.16% and reduction swelling percentage 10.08%.Micro mineralography analyzer has revealed that acid pellets greatly depend on the diffusion bonding of the main mineral ingredients magnetite and hematite,and can be used as a good quality acid agglomerate for blast furnace.The process will have a promising prospect by providing a good approach for the reforming of the mini and middle scale sintering plants.
