攀钢1号烧结机大修技术改造

MAJOR REPAIR AND MODIFICATION OF PANZHIHUA I&S CO. №1 SINTER PLANT

本文介绍攀钢炼铁厂１ 号烧结机大修对烧结机系统进行的多项技术改造，包括：二次混合机、多管除尘器、混合料预热方式、单辊破碎机、松料器等。此次改造优化了烧结机系统，取得了显著的效果。

Various technical modification items, such as secondary mixing drum,muticyclone,preheating manner of mixture,single-roll crusher, loosener etc,in the major repair of sinter plant , Panzhihua I&S Co. were described in this paper.Through this modification , the sintering system were optimized,and the obvious benefit were abtained.
