摘要
采用非平衡级速率模型对醋酸甲酯水解的催化精馏中试过程进行了模拟计算,考察了回流进料比、进料水酯比和酯进料位置等的变化对醋酸甲酯水解率的影响,不仅证实了中试实验所得的结论,还获得了难以通过实验取得的结果.
The modified rate-based model is applied to simulate the pilot catalytic distillationprocess of methyl acetate hydrolysis. The influences of the ratio of reflux to feed, the mole ratioof water to methyl acetate in feed and the feeding position of methyl acetate on conversion ofmethyl acetate are examined. The agreement of calculated results with the pilot experimentaldata is satisfactory. Some important conclusions which are difficult to obtain from experimentalreseaxch are drawn from numerical simulation of the hydrolysis process.
