影响员工福利满意度因素之探讨 被引量:1

摘要 福利满意度作为衡量员工对企业福利的看法和评价,其高低将直接影响到员工的工作态度和行为。本文旨在研究从个人因素、个人知觉及制度特征三方面对福利满意度的影响,为企业设计并制定福利计划时提出一些建议。
