Immunomodulatory effects of sepia melanin on hypoimmune mice

摘要 探讨鱿鱼墨黑色素对小鼠免疫机能的调节作用。用不同剂量的鱿鱼墨黑色素灌胃氢化可的松所致免疫机能低下模型小鼠28d,分别检测正常及模型小鼠的脾和胸腺指数,血清溶血素水平(HC50),小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)及脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,小鼠NK细胞活性、碳廓清指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数。结果表明,鱿鱼墨黑色素可显著提高免疫低下模型小鼠的脾及胸腺指数、血清溶血素水平(HC50),小鼠迟发性变态反应及脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,显著促进小鼠NK细胞活性及巨噬细胞吞噬能力。提示鱿鱼墨黑色素对机体特异性及非特异性免疫机能具有显著调节作用,且中、高剂量组效果更明显。 The immunomodulatory effects of sepia melanin on hypoimmune mice were investigated.Different dosages of sepia were given to normal mice and hypoimmune model mice induced by polarimetry, respectively.The spleen and thymus index, phagocytic rate and phagocytic index, Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity and the amount of hemolytic antibody in serum (HCs0).Sepia could significantly increase the spleen and thymus index,the amount of hemolytic antibody, enhance the phagocytic activity of macrophages and response of Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity in model mice.Sepia melanin could stimulate both the specific and non-specific immune function in mice and the effects of middle and high dose group were more evident.
