钎料对单层钎焊砂盘磨粒结合性能的影响

Effect of the Filler Metals on the Bonding Strength of Abrasive Disc

分别选用五种钎料，以护中钎焊制造单层钎焊砂盘，通过测量砂盘磨粒和基体的抗剪强度来研究它们的结合强度，结果显示使用HL801铜基钎料和HL304银基钎料的砂盘实验样品磨粒具有高的抗剪强度，并对使用HL801铜基钎料的砂盘进行了磨削实验。

Five types of filler metals are used in monolayer brazing grindingplate, the hending strength between thegrains and the substrate is studied by measuring the shear strength. The result show that samples that use the HL801 andHL304 filler metals have higher shear strengih than the others.
