Cu/Fe金属超晶格磁晶各向异性的研究

摘要 借助磁转矩仪对Cu/Fe金属超晶格 (MSL)的磁晶各向异性进行了研究。测量了其一维周期 (1 DP)和一维准周期 (1 DQP)MSL在室温 (2 94K)和低温 (77K)的转矩曲线 ,计算了它们的单轴异性常数Kμ,发现与 (1 DP)MSL相比较 ,(1 DQP)MSL磁晶各向异性反常 ,|Kμ|显著增大 ,但两种温度下的Kμ 均 >0 ,出现垂直膜面各向异性。而且无论是 (1 DP)MSL还是(1 DQP)MSL ,其磁晶各向异性随温度升高而减小。 The magneto crystalline anisostropy for Cu/Fe matol supper lattice (MSL) was investigated by magneto rotated momentmeter. The magneto rotated moment curve for Cu/Fe 1 DP and 1 DQP MSL was determined at room temperature (294 K) and low temperature (77 K), respectively. The anisotropy constant of single axis was counted. It is showed that the abnormality emerged on magneto crystalline anisotropy for 1 DQP MSL, and that compared with 1 DP MSL, | K μ| increased obviously. K μ>0 both at the two temperatures. The vertical anisotropy appeared. The experimentl results demonstrate that the magneto cryatalline anisostropy reduces with the temperature to arise whether it is 1 DP MSL or 1 DQP MSL.
