摘要
在SrTiO3 (STO)双晶衬底上激光沉积YBCO超导薄膜 ,并光刻成DCSQUID ,在超导屏蔽和 μ合金屏蔽桶两种情况下 ,测量了DCSQUID磁强计的噪声 ,前种情况下的噪声只是后种情况下噪声的三分之一。
Superconducting YBCO thin film was prepared on SrTiO 3 bicrystal substrate by pulse laser ablation, while DC SQUID was fabricated by lithographic technology. The noises of DC SQUID magnetometer were measured with superconducting shield and with μ metal shield respectively, and the results indicated that noise with superconducting shield is one third of that with μ metal shield.
