为了满足深水构件用筒体承压能力大、重量轻的要求 ,提出了用化学铣切加工 (简称化铣加工 ) LF6筒体内壁网格。通过反复实验 ,摸索出适合化铣加工筒体内壁网格的工艺参数 ,制作出符合结构强度设计要求的内壁结构为网格的整体
In order to improve the strength of the cylindrical shell used in deep water and decrease its weight, the net shaped structure made by chemical milling is proposed. Some useful processing parameters are concluded by experiments.In result,the net shaped stiffened LF6 cylindrical shells are manufactured meeting the design requirement of structural strength.
