Experiment on corn storage with nitrogen-rich and hypoxia in central plains region of China

摘要 氮气气调储藏具有不用化学药剂达到杀虫防虫、防霉止热、延缓粮食品质变化和避免或减少化学污染、害虫抗药性的产生等特点。为确保玉米安全度夏,在高大平房仓运用控温、虫害自动检测、电子测温等技术开展氮气储粮试验。特别是在仓内四周及特别部位插入的PVC导气管优化了气流均匀分布。实现了玉米的安全储藏,为中原地区玉米富氮低氧储藏积累了经验。 Controlled nitrogen storage has advantages of killing and preventing insects, preventing mildew and stopping heating, delaying the speed of grain quality into inferior grade, avoiding or reducing chemical pollutions and resistances to drugs of insects. For the sake of guaranteeing corn to aestivate safely, the test of controlled nitrogen storage was performed in high & large warehouse by the techniques of controlled temperature, automatic detection of insects and electronic measuring temperature. Especially, some PVC pipes were inserted inner warehouse near the wall and some special places which can dredge the air flow all around in the warehouse to optimize airflow distributed evenly. The experiment got a good effectiveness that assuring safe storage of corn, which gathered experience about corn storage with nitrogen -rich and hypoxia in central plains region of China.
