摘要
校长职级制的本质是人事分类管理制度的具体形式,其外延由校长职级分类与标准、职级评价、职级晋升和职级薪酬制度构成。实行校长职级制是弥补我国校长人事分类管理制度缺失,进而建立健全校长人事管理制度的重要途径。我国校长职级制改革效果并不理想,应从制定科学的制度方案入手深化此项改革。
The principal professional level system is a kind of the classified personnel management institution, which consists of the institutions of principal level evaluation, principal level promotion and princi- pal level salaries. The principal professional level system is the important approach to make up the miss-ing of classified personnel management institution and construct the system of principal personnel management institution. The principal professional level system doesn't realize the desired effects in practice. The improvement of principal professional level system can be reached by designing the scientific institu- tion arrangement.
