摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,学生隐性发展优势的识别与培养问题越来越多的为人们所关注。在此方面,东北育才学校积累了一定的可资借鉴的经验。具体包括:在学生隐性发展优势的识别上,建立了以测验和测量为基础的对资优学生隐性发展优势的识别和以课程开发和活动展示为基础的针对常态学生隐性发展优势的识别。在学生隐性发展优势的培养方面,学校重点抓好培养伯乐型教师和开发创新体系课程两方面工作。
With the development of educational reform, identification and development on students' hidden advantages should be concerned. Northeast Yu eai School accumulated a certain amount of experience on this question. They established a test and measurement for gifted students, and developed curriculum and activities for normal students. At the same time, Northeast Yu cai School focus on training teachers and developing innovation curriculum.
