摘要
近十年来教师领导研究的焦点逐渐由对教师领导概念内涵的争鸣与阐释,转向对教师领导实践过程的探究。目前的研究在探索构成教师领导的情境要素方面成果颇丰,但对情境要素如何参与建构领导实践的过程所知甚少。进一步的研究应加强对教师领导内部互动过程的整全式理解,并努力识别构成教师领导的复杂互动现象中的共通性规律,以推动改善教师领导的实践。
Research on teacher leadership in the past decade has shifted its focus from the clarification of concept to the dynamics of teacher leadership construction. Current research has nurtured a rich understanding of multiple situational factors in the construction of teacher leadership. However, we knowmuch about the interaction between these factors and the participants in the process of teacher leadership construction. Future research should focus more on the holistic understanding of the interaction among teacher leaders, followers and the situation within which they work. Continual efforts in discerning com- mon patterns of teacher leadership should improve practice in teacher leadership.
