摘要
本文从热模拟试验着手,对钢轨全长淬火加热及冷却参数进行了优选,研究了淬火轨的性能,探讨了钢轨表面状态和淬火冷却方式对淬火轨质量的影响,还介绍了钢轨全长淬火技术的应用情况。
This paper by means of thermal simulation test,studies setting of heating and cooling parameters of full length rail quenching technology,properties of full length quenched rail,and effect of rail surface conditions and cooling method on the quality of the full length quenched rail.And this paper introduces the application of the full length rail quenching technology.
