表面施胶中添加塑料颜料提高轻量新闻纸不透明度中试研究

摘要 白碳黑微细化后在表面施胶处添加能够有效改善纸页的不透明度和印刷不透明度;在0.2g/m2添加量时,纸页不透明度和印刷不透明度分别提高0.7个百分点和0.5个百分点。中空球型塑料颜料添加在表面施胶内的效果要好于添加实心球塑料颜料和白碳黑的效果;在添加量0.2g/m2时与空白样相比纸页不透明度提高0.9个百分点,印刷不透明度提高0.5个百分点,其它指标没有明显变化。 The opacity and the printing opacity of newsprint could be improved effectively when micronized white carbon black was added in surface sizing process, with weight of 0.2 g/m2 added, the opacity and printing opacity of newsprint being increased by 0.7 and 0.5 percentage point respectively. Hollow bail-shaped plastic pigment showed a better performance than solid ball-shaped plastic pigment and micronized white carbon black in surface sizing. When its adding weight was 0.2 g/m2, the opacity of newsprint could be increased by 0.9 percentage point and printing opacity 0.5 percentage point compared to contrast sample with no significant change in other paper properties.
