摘要
将羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在酸性介质中转化为羧甲基纤维素酸(HCMC),然后抄造成纸页,经过碱化处理,制成了水溶性纸。研究了CMC酸碱化学转化过程中的各种影响因素及其规律。结果表明:填料的添加和碱处理工艺对纸页的溶解性和物理性能有明显的影响。对成纸进行适当的酸化不仅增强其耐候性,同时提高了纸页的强度等性能。
Water-soluble CMC can be converted/into water- insoluble hydrogened earboxymethyl cellulose'(HCMC) in acid medium, and then HCMC is used for making paper which will become water-soluble after the alkali treatment. All kinds of influencing factors and rules were studied in the process of CMC acid-base conversion. The results show that addition of filling and the conditions of alkali treatment have notable influences on the dispersion and physical properties of paper. The acid treatment to the product can improve its weather resistance and strength properties.
