摘要
提出了激光热处理温度场和相变硬化带计算的简易模型,并给出试验及实际应用的结果,同时验证了该模型的正确性和实用性。分析了硬化层分布不均匀的原因,提出满足硬化层均匀分布应优化控制激光参数的方法和条件。
This article deals with the simple calculation model of temperature field and hardened layer of laser heat treatment.The results of experiment and practical utilization are given.The correctness and practicality of this model are proved.It analyzes the reason that the hardened layer is not well distributed and expresses the terms and approaches of optimizing the laser parameters which satisfy well distribution of hardened layer.
