摘要
在二沉池泥水体系中加入表面活性剂CTAB,探索其对污泥脱水性能的影响。由实验结果可知当CTAB的剂量为表活/干污泥为0.1∶1,污泥的脱水速度较快;当表活/干污泥为0.15∶1,最终泥饼的含水率最低为70.71%。在保证脱水性能的前提下将其用量减少一半,与CPAM进行复合作用,采用先加入CTAB再加CPAM,两者的比值为2∶1,体系的温度在0℃左右,pH为9时,最终得到的泥饼的含水率最低为70.78%,和表面活性剂单独作用时效果基本相同,但是处理过程中投加药品的总费用将减少。
The surfactant CTAB was added into the sludge from pulp and paper mill in order to explore its impact on the performance of sludge dewatering. The experimental results show that when the dose of CTAB is 10% (on dry sludge), the sludge dewatering speed becomes quick. When the dosage is 15% (on dry sludge), the moisture content of the final cake is as low as 70.71%. Under the premise of dehydration, the dosage of CTAB can be reduced by half and combined with CPAM at the ratio of 2 : 1 with CTAB added first, the system temperature is around 0~C, pH 9, the final cake moisture content becomes as low as 70.78%, which is as same as sole application, of CTAB, but the total cost for the chemicals addition will be reduced greatly.
