巩膜原位覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入临床观察

The in situ scleral covering for hydroxyapatite orbital implants inplantation.

目的探讨改良式巩膜内羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的临床效果。方法22例（22眼）眼内容摘除后应用自体巩膜后开窗及前折叠包裹羟基磷灰石义眼台，术后随访3～15个月。结果所有患者均有良好效果，无一例义眼台暴露，义眼台活动良好。结论改良式羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术并发症少，疗效良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of in situ scleral covering for hydroxyapatite orbital implant implantation. Methods After evisceration in the 22 patients （22 eyes ）, the autologous sclera was folded anteriorly and opened posterierly for wrapping the implants. They were followed up for 3 to 15 months. Results All patients had good results, with no implant exposure, the movement was good. Conclusion The modified hydroxyapatite orbital implant surgery is safe, less complication with excellent outcomes.
