The coke oven heating up was an essential procedure for coke oven production. The quality of coke oven heating up has an important effect on the coke oven life. The process of coke oven heating up was complicated and has many temperature measurement points,which supervision and control of the process was difficult. According to the changes of temperature in the process ,the supervision and control system of coke oven heating up was designed based on fuzzy control. The hardware design and software functions were introduced in detail. The automatic monitoring and data management were realized in the system. The system improved the production efficiency,and effectively ensured the process operations. The system has extremely practical value..
