摘要
针对食品自动称重分级设备中存在的一些问题,提出了利用PCI1710数据采集卡搭建数据采集平台,通过传感器获得精确的重量信息;并采用VC++语言开发了称重系统的分析软件,利用计数器实现对同一时刻、多级位置的跟踪,从而构建和设计了自动称重分级设备的数据采集与分析系统,对食品称重分级实现了自动化、一体化的操作。
This paper considers that some problems of automatic weight classifying equipment, data acquisition platform is set up by PCI1710, accurate weight of product can be acquired by sensor, operation software of weighing system is designed by use of VC＋ ＋, the synchronization and same position can be traced by counter, then data acquisition and analysis system of automatic weight classifying equipment is designed. Automatic operation of weight classifying for food is realized.
