摘要
2009年7月,福建省作出了设立平潭综合实验区的决定,提出参照香港和新加坡的做法,在平潭实行"全岛封闭管理的自由港市模式",建立两岸合作海关特殊监管试验区。作为福建省先行先试的重要载体,平潭成为探索两岸合作新模式的示范区和海西科学发展先行区。因此,如何支持平潭的发展,打造两岸合作的先行先试区成为人们关注的焦点。主要从税收的角度研究如何支持平潭综合实验区的建设。
In July,2009,Fujian province made a decision to set up Pintan comprehensive experimental community,put forward that with reference to Hongkong and Singapor,Pintan should carry out ＂the closed management mode of free port in the whole island＂,and establish the customs special supervision experimental region of the across strait cooperation.As an important carrier of Fujian forward practice,Pintan becomes a demonstration area to explore a new model of cross-strait cooperation and forward area of scientific development of the west strait economic zone.The paper is mainly from a tax point of view to study how to support the construction of the Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone.
