摘要
根据专减壁厚拔管拔制过程的变形特点 ,从分析金属受力情况出发 ,提出了拔制力计算公式及力学参数的研究方法 ;并在实测数据的基础上 ,通过数学处理建立了模型 。
Proceeding from analysis on the bearing of forces by the metal and the characteristics of deformation of the drawn tube with wall of specially reduced thickness in the process of metal drawing the formula calculating the drawing force and methods for studying the mechanical parameters are put forward and a mathematic model is built upon the actually measured data to guide the practice.
