摘要
以复杂性理论为基础框架,通过构建开放式创新环境下的企业知识共享模型,并设定其属性及知识共享规则,利用系统仿真方法对开放式创新环境下知识共享的系统动态行为进行研究.结果表明,开放式创新的环境容量、知识存量离散程度与知识共享效率成反比相关关系,知识共享意愿的离散程度与知识共享效率成阶段性相关关系.此外,知识共享意愿离散系数在为0.35的条件下,知识共享意愿提高后,共享效率提高,表明提高知识共享意愿可以促进知识共享效率,认为企业知识共享模型与系统仿真是开放式创新环境下企业知识共享效率提高的重要辅助理论与方法.
Based on the complexity theory, here we used the methodology of system simulation to ana- lyze the problem of knowledge management in open innovation. We built up a model of knowledge share towards the firms in open innovation, setting the systematical natures and rules on knowledgeshare, and then simulated the dynamic activities of knowledge sharing in open innovation. The result showed a negative relationship between open innovation environment capacity, knowledge stock dis- persion and knowledge share efficiency as well as a periodical relationship between share desire dispersion and knowledge share efficiency. Moreover, when the share desire dispersion ratio was below 0. 35, it intended to be a positive effect on the knowledge share efficiency. Thus, we can provide theoretical evidence how firms enhance their knowledge management in open innovation.
