摘要
分析了扬子1号乙烯装置丙烯精馏系统存在的主要问题,应用统计分析和计算模拟手段,找出产生问题的主要原因,制定相应的对策、措施,通过优化调整,实现系统高负荷平稳运行。
This paper analyzes the key problems in propylene rectification system of YPC No.1 ethylene plant,uses the methods of statistic analysis and calculation simulation to find out the leading causes to such problems and obtains corresponding countermeasures.High load and stable operation of the system is achieved through optimization.
