摘要
教学质量评价指标体系对提高非直属附属医院临床教学质量具有重要意义。本研究在收集和阅读文献资料的基础上,根据相关文件的要求,采取专家讨论法制定非直属附属医院教学管理评价指标体系;进一步采用层次分析法与专家调查法确定各指标权重,从而构建了一套适合高等医学院校非直属附属医院教学管理评价指标体系。该指标体系具有一定的科学性和适用性,可用于高等医学院校非直属附属医院教学管理质量评价。
It is very important to construct an index system for the evaluation of clinical teaching quality in non-belonging-to affiliated hospital of medical college. Based on the document investigation the discussion results from experts, the index system for the evaluation of teaching management in non-belonging-to affiliated hospital has been constructed. Furthermore, the weighted coefficient of each parameter has been de- termined with analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method. The index system can be used for teaching management quality evaluation in non- belonging-to affiliated hospital scientifically and practically.
