川化股份有限公司化肥厂二化尿素装置为日产2460t尿素的大型化肥装置，其CO2压缩机采用日本三菱3V-7B型两缸四段压缩机，由抽汽／注汽冷凝式透平驱动。该透平的转速控制由505E控制器实现，并与ProTech203相结合实现压缩机的两级超速保护。Woodward505E数字控制器适用于具有一次可调整的纯抽汽、抽补结合或纯补汽式透平的控制，可现场编程组态，使标准的设计能适用于各种不同的控制场合。文中介绍了505E控制器在U—GB151CO2压缩机上的调速应用，并列举了该调速系统常见的故障，进行分析排除。

The urea equipment of the second chemical fertilizer plant of Chuanhua Co.2460t urea per day, the 3V-7B compressor with two-cylinder and four-period made by Japanese Mitsubishi is used as its CO2 compressor which is driven by the condensing turbine inthe modes of steam extraction and steam injection. The rotating speed control of the turbine is implemented by 505E controller, which combines with ProTech 203 to realize the two-stage over-speed protection for the compressor. Woodward 505 E digital controller is appropriate for the turbine control which is of the adjustable modes of pure steam extraction, steam extraction combines with steam injection or pure steam injection once for all, it can achieve the programming and configuration at site to make the standard design be able to apply to the various control occasions. This paper introduces the application of 505E controller to the speed regulation of U-GB151 CO2 compressor and enumerates the common faults of the speed control system, which to be analyzed and eliminated.
