摘要
柴油发电机作为一种应急备用保安电源,在发电厂以及其它重要场所得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了柴油发电机自动启动/停机、自动保护和三次启动等多项控制功能需求及相应的应用程序流程图。结合现场实际条件,并以淮北发电厂新安装的柴油发电机CP680控制器为例对基于PLC的柴油发电机控制系统的构成和性能特点进行了描述。该控制器具有硬件结构简单、成本低廉、响应速度快、性能稳定、运行可靠、扩展性好等优点,为发电厂提供了可靠的后备动力电源。
As a kind of emergency security power supply, diesel engine generator has been widely used in power plants and other important sites. This paper introduces the muhiterm control functional requirements, such as automatic start/stop, automatic protection and triple starts,etc and relevant application program flow diagram. The composition and the performance characteristics of the PLC based diesel-driven generator control system are described by combining with the site practical conditions and taking the newly installed CP680 controller of the diesel engine generator at Huaibei Powr Plant as the example. The controller is of the advantages of simple hardware structure, low cost, fast response speed, stable performance, reliable operation and good expansibility and so on. It has become reliable backup power supply of power plants.
