摘要
近年来变频器在电气传动控制系统中得到了越来越广泛的应用。在工程设计中,对制动单元和制动电阻的参数通常是通过估算得到的,但由于实际生产中工况较为复杂,导致某些参数难以确定,因此计算误差较大。本文通过对电气传动装置制动过程理论计算方法的介绍以及计算结果与估算结果的比较,对今后制动单元和制动电阻的选择,提供了一种切实可行的方法。
In recent years, frequency converters have been more and more widely applied in electric drive control systems. The parameter determinations for braking units and braking resistors are generally achieved by human estimations in the engineering design, but because of complex working conditions in the practical production, it leads to that some parameters are difficult to determine, so causes the bigger error of calculation. In this paper, a feasible method is proposed for the selections of braking units and braking resistors in future by means of the introduction of the theoretical calculation method of braking process for electric drive device and the comparison of the calculated results and the estimating results.
