摘要 针对特种车辆旋转件扭矩测试环境的特殊性,致使普通扭矩仪难以安装使用的问题,基于应变式扭矩测试原理,以嵌入式设计为基本手段,采用自动调零技术和蓝牙无线传输技术,结合温度补偿和低功耗等技术,研制了此专用扭矩测试仪.该测试仪样机经试验室标定,相对误差≤1.4%.将样机安装于某坦克风扇轴进行试验,结果表明该仪器精度高、体积小、重量轻、功耗低、稳定可靠、安装灵活方便,具有良好的环境适应性. Because the old torque test instrument can hardly be installed and used on the particular case of the revolving part testing environment of special vehicle, a new torque test instrument of special vehicle is designed based on the torque test principle of the strain gauge. The instrument can achieve fine adaptability to environment with used embedded design, auto-zero technology, Bluetooth technology, auto-thermo-compensate technology and low power consumption technology. After calibration work of the prototype, the relatively error of accuracy was less than 1.4%. The prototype equipped on fan shaft of a certain tank were tested, and vehicle torque data of various work conditions were got successfully. The test results show that the instrument has high precision, small size, light weight, low power consumption, stable and reliable performance, flexible installation, and it suits the torque test of special vehicle.
